Activities of the Design Phase

As your team works through the process of developing a Web site, there are many people working on many different tasks according to a few different timelines. Someone on the team should be managing the overall progression of the work, but it is also necessary that all members of the team have a general idea about which tasks objectives fall under their purview and what activities they need to perform to achieve those objectives. Following is a breakdown of the activities of the Design phase. Keep in mind that each activity may be made up of several discrete tasks, and that on some tasks, there may be overlap on which roles contribute to which activities.
